Could the admins please delete this thread as it has been posted below. what a way to start off my career here, by being a noob.
 ok first things first, hello I'm new and yeah. that aside  I have 2 problems that are really one big one. First off, I got the game started as doin good, tried to get on my warrior *it also said it on my Ranger, they are both in port sledge. However my necro was allowed in. He's in yaks.* and it gave me a little message saying, Guild Wars could not preform the requested action code=013 next I rebooted my computer and tried again. gave me the same message but a diffrent code when I tried to log in. code=072. anyone know what this is?
